Active Schools Week 2025!!

We are so excited to announce that our ASW for 2025 will take place from 26th-30th May.

Here is some of what we have lined up:

Everyday:

Playground leaders in yard at breaktimes

Music in the yard

Wake Up, Shake Up each morning

Monday:

Skipping Takeover Day- Visit to school from skipping master for all classes

Whole school skipping challenge to music.

Tuesday:

Soccer for all classes with Mark from KlaasKickz

Marathon Day: each class attempts to run a whole class marathon on our Active Walkway over the course of the school day. 4laps =1km

Wednesday:

Walking Wednesday- walk to local wells for teddy bears picnic, fun and games. Parachute games etc.

Thursday:

Sports Day

Traditional sports day games (egg and spoon, 3 legged race, wheelbarrow race, blind mans walk, tyre rolls, musical mats etc)

Friday:

Dance Day.

Zumba for all classes
